At least 5 working days before the delivery date

No problem, it can happen ! We can reschedule the delivery for a new date and time.

Yes, so we suggest you to include this in “other/special request”.
In case we cannot guarantee all of the items delivered cold, we will inform you in advance.

You can use either one of the 3 ways of payment listed below:
– We accept every major credit card.
– If it’s more convenient for your event, you can also pay via direct bank transfer.
– Or you can simply pay cash upon delivery.
In all cases, we offer invocing.

Of course ! We know that it happens quite often to be left with unopened bottles/drinks after an event.
You can return us all items from your order as long as they are unopened and not damaged.
We will then offer you a refund equivalent to the amount of all products returned.
